Village Health Partners (now a part of Catalyst Health Group) is a well-established primary care practice dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services to our community. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and supportive environment. We have offices in Plano, Frisco, and McKinney. We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge / Front Office Rep to join our team at our Frisco office. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with various inquiries and requests. Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Check in patients and update insurance and demographic information
Answer phones, schedule patient appointments, receive and post payments
Act as a liaison between patients and medical support staff
Maintain clean and organized reception area and lobby
Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all HIPAA and privacy rules
Qualifications:
1 year experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
EMR experience required - Athena preferred
Superior customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly motivated and organized
Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA rules and regulations
