Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Person. As a Counter Person, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our Parts Store. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of retail sales, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist customers at the counter by answering inquiries and providing product information
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits
- Provide assistance with order fulfillment, including locating and retrieving items from inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient customer service
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other computer applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining records

Pay: $16.28 - $22.00 per hour
