TPC Treviso Bay is a resort-style community that includes 2 Clubhouses. The Tuscan-style Grande Clubhouse is a beautiful 64,000 square-foot facility, opened in 2018, and is home to our Grille Room, Grande Dining Room, Private Dining Room, Library, Social Activities Room, and Administrative Offices.

About the Position:
The F&B Manager is responsible for driving excellence by leading the front-of-the-house operation of the food and beverage service of the Grande Clubhouse. He or she will ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the members and their guests when they’re visiting the amenities at the Grande Clubhouse including the Grille Room, Private Dining Room, Social Activities Room, and Snack Shop. The F&B Manager builds a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, and superior service amongst the staff while meeting the financial goals of the department. He or she will assist with the hiring, training, and coaching of all team members.
The F&B Manager will consistently analyze the operation and continually seek refinement and improvements to expand upon Treviso Bay’s commitment to and achievement of excellence. The successful partnership with the culinary department and the floor presence of the F&B Manager throughout the day is crucial to achieving and exceeding member expectations.
