Treu Group Real Estate is Hiring a Remote Client Care Coordinator

We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service.

In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.

Compensation : $4 - $8 hourly

$4 - $8 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Compile and distribute weekly / monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Handle all details of the listing and closing process
  • Manage lead and our CRM
  • Create emails to attract buyers for our listings
  • Schedule social media
  • Problem solve
  • Set up new systems
  • Paperwork for listings
  • Assist with Listing and Closing Tasks

Qualifications :

  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
