TITLE: Pre-Trial Release Case Manager
LOCATION: 18th Judicial District CYDC Programs - Centennial, CO or Castle Rock, CO
STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Health and Welfare Benefits
SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$52,000

WHAT WE DO:
We are committed to assisting, advocating for and supporting families through the Judicial process by assessing, supervising, and connecting to ongoing services in order to provide an alternative to detention which will ultimately reduce recidivism and long term involvement in the juvenile justice system.
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Provides intensive case management and ongoing assessment of youth determined eligible for the program.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the direct supervision of the Pre-Trial Supervisor and indirect supervision of the CYDC Coordinator.

Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Up to fifty percent of the work is performed in the field conducting home and school visits or attending Court and the remaining time is performed in a standard office environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
