What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with commercial equipment, three compartment sinks, and in high-volume kitchens

• Positive teamwork mentality

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bar
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Sweep and scrub floors
• Occasionally clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving

Requirements

• ServSafe/California Food Handler certification is required.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid environment is necessary.
• Authorization to work in the United States and pass a screening and background check is mandatory.
