Trend Moving & Storage is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations in our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining office procedures, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team members. Job Summary:

As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient
operation of our office, handling administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and
supporting various departments as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:• Assist with developing and managing vendor and customer relationships.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Provide information about services offered, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics for moving and storage
services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and upgrades.
• Familiarity with social networking platforms.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
