Overview :
Handling daily communication with customers. Follow up on status of their orders. Order entry, invoices, claims…
Communication with Sales Reps.
Processing orders with the factory.
Managing administration of the office. Delegating where needed
Create and maintain vendor and customers records
Accounts payable and receivable posting in Quickbooks Pro
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical based on office protocol
Problem-Solving Skills &Teamwork
Familiar with the Furniture industry is a plus.
