Are you ready to take on the role of a full-time Workers' Compensation Case Manager?

We're in search of an individual who will oversee the medical case management of work-related injuries, guiding every step of the journey from assessment to evaluation. As the Case Manager, you'll collaborate with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees to ensure seamless coordination and optimal outcomes for injured or disabled individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments of work-related injuries, crafting detailed treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs
• Act as the linchpin in coordinating care, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between all parties involved
• Implement treatment plans with precision, closely monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary
• Serve as the liaison between the injured worker, employers, and insurance carriers, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes
• Provide detailed reports on the progress of injured workers, keeping employers and insurance carriers informed every step of the way

Preferred Experience:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
• Bring proven experience in case management, preferably within the realm of Workers' Compensation
• Possess a thorough understanding of medical case management processes and procedures
• Navigate legal aspects of Workers' Compensation cases with confidence
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity throughout the process
• Adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and priorities, maintaining a proactive approach to case management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.89 - $23.03 per hour
