Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding techniques and be proficient in various types of welding equipment.

Duties:
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Welder or similar role.
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with pipe threading, plasma cutting, machining, and ability to use hand tools such as calipers effectively.
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus.
