About the Position:

As the spa receptionist, you will report directly to the Spa Office Coordinator, working on Saturday’s and Sunday’s, and creating memories that will last a lifetime! This position is perfect for an aspiring cosmetologist, massage therapist, or someone who is looking to pick up a second job with weekend availability. Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones promptly and booking appointments.
• Welcoming clients as the first point of contact and taking payment at the end of services.
• Keeping the spa crisp and clean, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Meeting with sales staff and delivering excellent communication.
• Assisting with the training of new team members.
• Helping the Front Office Manager with scheduling needs.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
• Must have demonstrated basic math and computer skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
• Previous experience working in customer service.
