Treehouse Learning Center is looking for Infant Teachers with a passion for kids who can help to promote the social, cognitive, and emotional development of the children entrusted into our care. We are seeking out individuals with a heart for learning and those who are ready and motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Must be optimistic, team-oriented and dedicated to the well-being of our children and daily center operations.
• Effectively communicate w/ children, their parents, and other co-workers
• Maintains control of the classroom through effective transitioning and setting boundaries.
• Use positive child guidance strategies to instruct children.
• Maintains a classroom environment that's safe, clean, and organized.
• Comply w/ ODJFS licensing regulations and Treehouse Learning Center policies and procedures.
• Meet the physical and emotional needs of each child and provide a conducive atmosphere that makes children and families feel valued.
• Come to work on time, enthusiastic and prepared.
• Attend all trainings, staff meetings and other professional development initiatives as required.

Infant Teacher Requirements and Qualifications:

• CPL 2 or Higher
• CDA or Higher
• Min of 2 years in Infant Teacher Role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
