Compensation, Benefits and Perks:

This is a full-time, permanent position that will be worked 100% ON-SITE ONLY with NO WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITIES. Professional Tree Care (dot) com is located near the Ashby Avenue highway exit in West Berkeley. After 90 days of employment, you will be offered these benefits and perks:

• $28.00 to $35.00 per hour based on relevant work experience, fit to the role, and fit to the company culture

Requirements:

1. Must provide a cover letter to indicate ability to read and write well in English.
2. MUST live within a MAXIMUM COMMUTE DISTANCE of 40 MINUTES from Berkeley during 7:00 a.m. traffic.
3. Human Resources experience covering all the basics
4. Payroll or certified payroll expertise using current software. Best if it is attached to an app that requires employees to enter time on their phone
5. Strong preference will be given to folks with a 2-year or 4-year college degree
6. Preference will be given to folk who work fast, and have run Human Resources for an entire company by themselves
