Treasured Hearts ABA, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time clinic assistant –no prior experience required! This is entry-level. We will provide all the necessary training. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate(s) in our Chesapeake ABA Center. Applied Behavior Analysis is in great demand and Registered Behavior Technicians are in short supply, which is why we have developed this entry-level program. That’s great news for aspiring Registered Behavior Technicians.

The Opportunity

The Entry-level Behavior Technician is a position at our ABA center located in Chesapeake Virginia, right next to Greenbrier Mall. In this position, you will report directly to the Clinical Director and perform session setup and breakdown for current behavior technicians and other duties related to clinical operations. Once you successfully complete the 90-day trial period, you will be eligible to enroll in our behavior technician trainee program. The paid behavior technician training opportunity is an in-house training program that includes online and in-person training with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. You will be trained and prepared to sit for your formal RBT exam. Upon successfully earning your RBT certification, you will be eligible to fill a full-time position on our team as a Registered Behavior Technician.
