Treasured Hearts ABA is seeking highly qualified ABA technicians to serve in our center in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Here's how you will contribute to a successful client experience:

  • Provide, direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities in our state-of-the-art ABA center.
  • Implement ABA programs as designed by the BCBA case supervisors.
  • Attend all supervision meetings and trainings.
  • Record accurate and thorough data during each session on your company iPad.
  • Complete session notes professionally and in a timely manner
  • Utilize safety procedures when working with clients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
  • Assist in conducting assessments, under the supervision of BCBA.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by case supervisor

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Active RBT
  • First Aid/CPR Certified
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • At least one year of experience working with children.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to client confidentiality
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record, current auto insurance policy
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must clear a criminal history background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time and utilize quick body movements while working with children with challenging behaviors.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
