```Duties```:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Plan and prepare meals based on dietary restrictions and preferences
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with individuals
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings

```Requirements```:
- Experience in providing direct care or support to individuals, preferably in a home care or assisted living setting
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of personal information
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals of varying abilities and needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
