Treasure Coast Community Health is a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center, and we are seeking a Medical Records Clerk to compile and maintain medical records of patients to document patient condition and treatment.

Duties and responsibilities will also include researching, reviewing and reporting patient files, utilizing our EHR system, responding to records requests, etc.

High School Diploma or GED required. One year certificate from college or technical school; or there to six months related experience and / or training;
