- Demonstrating advanced knowledge in a broad subject area of IT skillsets
- Seasoned understanding of IT applications, databases, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft AD technologies
- Exercising independent judgment and decision making
- Exercising latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
- Evaluating business requirements and translating them into robust technical solutions with the help of business analysts and collaborators
- Handling priorities across production issues, change requests, and project demands
- Communicating progress, issues, and needs to management through regular reports and staff meetings
- Sharing knowledge, experience, and leadership across clusters
- 10 years of demonstrated results in development
- 5 years of efficient leadership of development teams
- Knowledge of Shop Floor processes and personnel
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to utilize version control tools such as TFS and Devops
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects
- Excellent grasp of front-end technologies, interface design, and database design
- Expertise in Novelis Change Control process
- Troubleshooting skills
- UNIX experience
- Manufacturing development experience
