Our client, Tekni-Plex in Chandler, Arizona is the leader of rigid packaging solutions. They are currently looking for individuals to join their team as a Die Cutter Operator .

This role is responsible for working with the production team to ensure high quality products are being manufactured and packaged for customer delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Set up die cutting equipment according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings for proper feeding and cutting.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Able to work in a production environment for 12- hour shifts
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous experience operating die cutting equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
