Established Winston-Salem Company Seeking Distribution Services Representative!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Associates or Bachelors' Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong Data Keying Skills
• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a customer service role, interacting with people predominately by telephone
• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP software is preferred

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Monitoring, reviewing, verifying, confirming all daily orders submitted through the Oracle system, emergency shipments, deliveries, returns, and credit results
• Providing and communicating alternative order solutions in a pleasant, positive manner with customers and department members
• Monitoring, reviewing, verifying, confirming all daily error reports and awaiting receipts reports to ensure all orders are corrected and processed through the Oracle system timely to ensure shops orders are closed and payment data is processed through for 3rd party distributors correctly
• Communicate and maintain feedback of internal and external customers, assist in complaint resolution
