Job Summary:

As a Client Associate, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Duties:
- Assist in the sales process by conducting market research and analyzing client needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and manage accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial services

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations based on market trends
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
