Looking to hire Maintenance to work at two hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine handyman work
- Maintain pool operator certification
- Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public spaces
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Light housekeeping work during slow periods

Experience:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience is preferred
- Ability to perform basic repairs

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external vendors
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
