We are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail, reliable, and willing to learn. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment to all guests in person, on the phone and through email. The Front Desk Agent must be able to handle a fast-paced environment while remaining poised and professional at all times as well as doing some light cleaning to fill in those slow times. No experience Required!
Responsibilities:
- Register and direct visitors to visitors' areas and offices.
- Answer questions from customers and provide information.
- Locate and forward messages to appropriate individuals.
- Switch incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
- Greet customers and employees in a friendly, courteous manner.
