Beach Attendant Jobs. $13 per hour base pay plus tips (tips up to $300 per day). We are seeking highly-motivated, service-oriented team members to assist in our high-end resort recreation operation. Our beach attendants provide first-class service to resort guests to help make memorable vacations. Excellent Tips! Full-time and part-time available.

Responsibilities:
• Setting-up & breaking-down private beach, including lounge chairs, umbrellas and other equipment
• Providing exceptional customer-service in a welcoming and friendly manner to all guests
• Assisting in recreational opportunities for resort guests, including kayak and paddle board rentals
• Keeping accurate records regarding beach usage and kayak and paddle board rentals

Requirements:
• Age of 18
• Previous work experience in customer service, member relations, or similar related role
• Outgoing, friendly and accommodating personality

Requirements - Work Environment:
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida's hot climate (8 hours)
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs or more
