As a crucial memberof the Maintenance Team you will be responsible for enhancingprocess reliability product quality and overall plant performance.

The Maintenance Controls Technician will primarily focus oninstrumentation and control tasks ensuring the efficient operationof various systems within thefacility.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Consulttechnical documentation such as schematics manuals and codes totroubleshoot and maintain control systems andinstrumentation.
• Manage SCADA devices in anindustrial environment.
• Install configurecalibrate and maintain control measurement and indicatinginstrumentation including pneumatic analog and digitalsystems.
• Organize and procure PLC controlcomponents for maintaining plant process controlsystems.
• Collaborate with corporate IT staff onnetwork and computerrelated activities.
• Preparetechnical reports documenting equipment issues andchanges.
• Lead projects for implementingequipment changes and improvements.
• Provideoncall support for production needs.
• Installand terminate electrical pneumatic and fluidconnections.
• Inspect test diagnose and repairfaulty instruments and systems.
• Calibratecomponents and systems to ensure accuracy andreliability.
• Assist in plant designmodification and hazard analysis.
• Maintaincomputerbased control systems and perform scheduled maintenanceprograms.
• Stay updated with industry technologyadvancements and tradedevelopments.
