Service Team Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of the Trashy Dawg menu, and ability to correctly answer guest’s questions regarding builds, spice levels and potential allergens.
- Assist guests with placing orders accurately and making recommendations when
- appropriate.
- Package food properly, and to brand standard.
- Greet each guest promptly and warmly, showing true hospitality throughout their
- visit.
- Ability to operate kiosks, QR order & pay tech and assist guests in these areas.
- Prepare beverages in a professional and polished manner.
- Operate a microphone with personality and professionalism, while having fun and engaging guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure that every guest experience is nothing less than EPIC.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, ensuring that tables are clean and properly set.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and equipment, and complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve job skills and knowledge.
- Perform various duties as assigned by leadership.
