We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Administrator to join our esteemed Real Estate Team in Denver, CO. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the management of extensive real estate portfolio, while collaborating with our Assistant General Counsels for Real Estate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably within a large, multi-jurisdictional portfolio or property administration background.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong commitment to professional growth and organizational success.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Associate's degree, Paralegal certificate, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred; candidates pursuing certification or a Bachelor s degree are encouraged to apply.
