Details about the Position:
- Support central coordinators in supervising, scheduling, and monitoring loads for fleet of drivers
- Handle the processing and billing of customer loads
- Coordinate and communicate directly with various customers
- Ensures effective daily problem resolution and customer service
- Monitor performance and available hours of fleet drivers
- Strong ability to work alongside team and strive for excellence
Requirements:
- 1 year transportation dispatch experience
- Self-motivated problem-solver with strong desire to meet customer needs
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and understanding of DOT safety regulations is helpful
- Knowledge of TMW dispatch software is preferred – but will train
