Company Summary:

Transpro Burgener is a growing, privately held provider of bulk material hauling services specializing in construction, infrastructure, and industrial transport throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Headquartered in Fort Collins, CO, the Company transports a diverse line of materials including cement, aggregate and other dry bulk materials.

Customer service is the #1 priority of Transpro Burgener. This position plays a significant role in carrying out a ‘Customer First’ initiative to ensure that we value and appreciate all of our customers and co-workers. A positive attitude is critical to the success of this position.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for dispatching drivers and loads. Dispatchers promote the Company's commitment to safety and fairness to all employees and assist with maintaining and improving the company in the areas of the safety program, customer service, and driver well-being.

Dispatcher Principal Responsibilities:

  • Strong attention to detail, bill customer loads, answer phones, audit driver logs.
  • Advise drivers, schedule loads, dispatch trucks.
  • Work with the shop in the coordination of maintenance of tractor-trailer units.
  • Communicate with internal as well as external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of DOT safety regulations including driver logs a must.
