Fast Growing established Indianapolis based courier company.

Logistics Support will be responsible for supporting branch manager in daily operations for Cargo Van and Box Truck Delivery routes. Assist in planning, organizing and managing the work of contract drivers to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.

• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking transportation vehicles.
• Monitor operations to ensure that contract drivers comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, or government regulations.
• ·Provides direction to new contract drivers on an ongoing basis (requires on the job orientation with drivers while deliveries are made.)
• ·Completes paperwork as required and works with in-house Operations team
• ·Learns all routes and the ability to cover as needed.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00AM to 10:00AM, Saturday 4:00AM to 9:00AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
