Transportation Impact is Hiring a Remote Graphic Designer
- 3 weeks of PTO in your first year of employment and 4 weeks of PTO in your 2nd year.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets including, but not limited to, social media.
- Create creative concepts and strategies consistent with the company brand.
- Ability to brainstorm and take rough ideas to completion.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Job Responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Video editing and animation skills are preferred.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
