Transport Enterprise Leasing is Hiring an Inventory Specialist I Near Chattanooga, TN
- Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
- Manage, track and update equipment status as it moves in and out of TEL Yards.
- Accurately interpret P&D cases, coordinating all work through the shop within times set in KPI’s.
- Create units in systems, inputting all the required information accurately into all required platforms.
- Use information through systems to report on aged inventory and inventory movement.
- Coordinate replacement and upkeep of track and trace devises for customer and disposed assets, maintaining an accurate unit count on the various platforms.
- Process, review, and pay invoices as they relate to the Asset team.
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.
- Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as required to meet business needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years Customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain collaborative and effective cross-functional working relationships.
- Take ownership of assigned work projects.
- Apply critical thinking skills to effectively analyze information and form judgments.
- Possess a Customer Service mindset and familiarity with equipment inventory processes.
- Exhibit strong time management and record-keeping abilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
- Multitask effectively, performing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiently use computers and business machines.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
