Transition Properties is Hiring an Interior Designer Near Piqua, OH

Required Skills:

  • Experienced designer, 2 years preferred
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient in 2020 Design software
  • Interior & exterior elevations designer with a focus on kitchens & bathrooms
  • Knowledge of the installation process
  • Project management skills and detail-oriented for the design-to-finish process

Basic Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet clients at the job site to discuss design needs, offer ideas and take accurate measurements.
  • Create initial design drawings in software based on client's requirements and space availability.
  • Work with clients in our showroom to understand their design preferences and offer input on material selections with proper knowledge of the products being sold: cabinetry, countertop, tile, fixtures, etc.
  • Purchase all showroom materials the client selected and manage their deliveries in order to complete the project on time.
  • Maintain communication with client and contractors as the project progresses and respond to any questions or changes that arise.
