Transforming Lives, Inc. is looking for a Behavioral Technician to join our team in our Cambridge, MD location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide group and individual services to students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans based on the child’s unique needs
• Collect data on the child’s behavior and report to parents and the clinic’s leadership team
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team to implement effective treatment plans
• Communicate with parents regularly and effectively
• Collaborate with other clinical staff members to ensure the best possible service

Skills:

• Knowledge of principles of behavioral health services and social emotional learning
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with parents and children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
