**Job Overview:** We are seeking 4 dedicated Environmental Health Safety Technicians to join our team. This role has a very quick hire to start time. The ideal candidate's will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
**Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential health and safety hazards - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences - Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies - Provide training on occupational health and safety practices - Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for management - Collaborate with management to address workers' compensation claims - Oversee emergency response procedures including CPR training - Assist in the development of training programs related to environmental health and safety
**Experience:** - 1 years proven experience in environmental health and safety practices in oilfield services/rig safety- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures - Ability to conduct root cause analysis for incidents - Experience in fabricating solutions to address safety concerns - Familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) standards - CPR certification is a plus - Strong skills in report writing and documentation - Training development experience in occupational health is beneficial This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace safety while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
