REGISTERED CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
MUST HAVE FINRA LICENSE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
Location: Framingham, MA (in office)
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Status: Full-timeYou are a CSA, Paraplanner, or other financial services industry professional with substantial experience and a FINRA license. We are a thriving firm with $1b AUM and tons of room for growth.

As a Licensed Client Service Associate, you can expect to:
--Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act. Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items that require his personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed. --Conduct investment research (i.e. Morningstar, ValueLine etc.) as directed by the advisor. --Prepare and send outgoing mail --Proofreading (or quality assurance) skills to ensure that own work is in accordance with advisor or Commonwealth criteria. --Track all pending business paperwork, follow up on outstanding transactions with Commonwealth (e.g., transfers). --Maintain appropriate turnaround time on all items (e.g., 24 hours for checks) Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelines and what he wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects. Coordinate the advisor’s calendar availability; appropriately blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team. Qualifications for this role include: --BA or BS is required --Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry is required

--Minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role required--Excellent communication and relationship management skills to build client relationships --Strong computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and CRM --Technology-forward --Admin support with the day-to-day operations of the firm --Generate reports, such as position statements, for advisor’s meetings with clients--Update Excel spreadsheets concerning client accounts and asset allocation--Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment --High attention to detail --Exceptional customer service experience --Ability to learn quickly --Demonstrated job stability and career progression Team members will join a team that enjoys working together in an environment built for comfort and luxury.
