As a Receptionist you can expect to:
  • Coordinate the advisors calendar availability; appropriately blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team
  • Prepare and process client documentation while requesting additional supporting documentation as needed
  • Service client accounts and address the ad hoc needs of clients with diligence and urgency
  • Answer the phones in a professional and courteous manner
  • Have a positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor
  • Greet clients and handle their immediate needs
  • Assist with projects as needed
  • Help prepare for client meetings
  • Contribute to the appearance of the front office
  • Support marketing coordinator with company marketing efforts
Qualifications for this role include:
  • College degree is preferred but not required
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Three to five years office experience
  • Two-year administrative experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
