Peterson's Property Maintenance is a family owned company that has been in business for over 25 years and is looking for an experienced front office receptionist to add to our growing team.

• Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Experience with multi phone lines
• Must be able to handle a busy office
• Ability to take detailed messages
• Appointment scheduling
• Answering, forwarding and screening all calls
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, emailing
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Google Calendar, etc...
• Fulltime, Monday - Friday, 40 hours 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Sick, vacation and holiday pay after a probationary period
• Please note this position does not offer any medical benefits

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
