Join our team at Transblue! We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Facility Maintenance Technician to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our retail clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of building repairs and maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and painting services.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies at specified locations.
- Work independently and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
- Communicate using our dedicated software platform.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
Skill Requirements:
- Must be reliable and responsive.
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time well.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Valid driver's license and necessary tools.
- Must pass drug test and background check .
Experience:
- Property Maintenance or similar experience: 3-5 years minimum
- Basic plumbing, painting, pool, electrical, and carpentry experience: 3-5 years minimum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
