Job Description Summary Perform a wide variety of tasks to support financial advisors and their customers, including, but not limited to, helping customers move their assets within or to Transamerica, facilitating IRA and annuity new business processes and resolving associated issues to ensure timely fulfillment, and connecting with customers and third parties to work through any service transactions. Job Description Responsibilities Monitor and distribute emails and faxes; log in record systems. Prepare incoming paperwork for review or processing; open, distribute, log or scan physical mail. Monitor queues for paperwork to be processed or distributed; assigns to appropriate work queues (e.g. to sales assistant for review, advisor for electronic signature, LOAs, advisory/annuity paperwork). Submit distributions for processing and assign to sales assistants for follow-up. Research phone numbers for advisors and agents as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment Ability to adapt quickly to change Proficiency using MS Office tools Preferred Qualifications Customer service or financial services industry experience Compensation **Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** Total Compensation for this role is estimated to be $43,600 – $47,700 per year. Base pay for this position generally ranges from $41,000 - $45,000 per year. This rate is based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The rate may vary above and below the stated amount, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Commissions: This position may be eligible to earn commissions based on applicable sales incentive plan(s). All details pertaining to the calculation and payment of those commissions are available in the individual provisions of the sales incentive plan that applies. Average first year commission opportunity ranges from xxx – xxx and is uncapped based on performance. Commissions are paid monthly.
