Health Insurance Fronter

Are you passionate about helping people find the right health insurance coverage? HIG is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Fronter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in pre-qualifying and fronting potential customers to our licensed agents, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible assistance in navigating their health insurance options.

Compensation:

• $26,000 - $31,000 ( STRONG COMMISSION STRUCTURE)

• Pre-qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility and needs for health insurance coverage.
• Front potential customers to licensed agents, providing them with relevant information and ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage of the process.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed performance goals and targets.
• Commission: Earn a commission per deal closed that you fronted to the licensed agent.
• Weekly pay schedule.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
