Responsibilities:

• The Client seeks a dynamic public finance professional to manage a high-performing Treasury Management, Property Tax Administration, Delinquent Revenue, and Motor Vehicle Registration team, $300 million in investments, and revenue collection efforts of $421 million.
• The Treasury Manager/Director of Revenue will be a key member of the Finance Department senior staff and play a primary role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Division with 48.5 FTE and a budget of $4.1 Million.
• This position is expected to plan and support the strategic direction of the Department and Division, manage special projects, and oversee the effective delivery of numerous complex financial functions.

Qualifications:

• Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public agency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
• Management experience in a full-service local government or similarly complex public agency or private business is strongly preferred. 
• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting is expected. Management supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, public administration or a related field.
• A Master’s degree and/or formal leadership training will be considered favorably.

Travel Requirements:

This position will involve no travel.
