Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficiency in our processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, supply chain, and warehouse supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with manufacturing, logistics, and parts vendors to ensure industry trends and threats are known and planned for
- Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve company goals
- Systems oversight to ensure that orders are successfully migrated through all systems and orders are delivered to customers
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Negotiating with the intention to reduce cost, produce partnership with vendors that drive long-term success for the company

Qualifications:

- 10 years experience in operations management, lean principles, and supply chain processes
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of demand planning, 3PL operations, fleet management, and warehouse procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
