• Conducting business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and application mapping.
• Identifying and resolving gaps, proposing workaround solutions, and implementing change in procedures.
• Developing functional and technical specifications, configuration setup, and proof of concept.
• Performing testing of the implemented system and assisting the sales team in system development.
• Undertaking technical work such as building reports, queries, and simple customizations using embedded tools.

What you need to succeed :

• 5 years of experience with Epicor at a high level.
• Experience with ERP projects and assessing existing customer usage.
• Ability to prepare software assessment documents.
