Trailer Source Inc. in Grand Junction is now hiring for a Service Advisor. This position is a full-time position. You may be expected to work some Saturdays as needed.

Job Duties:

• Help customers and ask questions both instore and over the phone
• Write service tickets check-in customers in when they arrive for their appointment
• Keep up to date with your service tickets
• Follow up with customers as their unit moves through the shop
• Help customer with upgrades when they have questions, quote accurate prices
• Keep up to date on Utility & RV parts and accessories
• Work with technicians to get units moved through the shop and completed on time
• Communicate with other employees
• Successfully process and keep track of all paperwork necessary
• Research products and special-order products for customers
• Assist sales staff with service questions
• Able and willing to cover other job duties when employees are out sick

• Can-do attitude, willing to help when and where help is needed
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Confident in calling and talking with customer
• Willing to learn about different industries and new products

Pay Rate: $16-$22hr plus commission

We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, company shirts, PTO, and employee discounts on parts and services after a period of employment. The typical workweek is 40 hrs; pay can vary based on previous experience, qualifications, and experience.

Job requirements:

• Service Advisor (Preferred RV, or Utility experience)
• Willing to train the right candidate
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (Required)
• Ability to arrive at work on time and ready to go with a “Can do” attitude

This job is for our Grand Junction location. We do have several other locations as your career progress with Trailer Source Inc other opportunities may open up at other locations.
