Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and schedule service appointments
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document everything
• Create service orders detailing problems and repairs
• Translate customer issues into technical repair language
• Clearly explain repairs to customers and review service history
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow up with customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Prior Service Advisor/Writer experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDK Drive experience a plus
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability is a must
