MUST HOLD A CURRENT GENERAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE SERVED AS A QUALIFYING INDIVIDUAL
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficient in concrete forming, cabinet installation, glass installation, roofing, construction painting, power tools, frame carpentry, bluebeam, hand tools, and flooring installation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
