We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Janitorial Manager (3rd Shift) for for a roughly 500,000 square foot facility in Knoxville. Our company prides itself on maintaining a clean and safe environment across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing an overnight crew, with janitorial management experience being a significant advantage. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to oversee janitorial services and step in when necessary to ensure all areas are serviced and maintained to our high standards. Hours are typically 9:30pm-6am Monday-Friday with limited weekend expectations! 

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the janitorial service care of multiple facilities during the overnight shift.
• Ensure all designated areas are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Lead and manage an overnight crew, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Step in and assist with janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing an overnight crew.
• Experience in janitorial management is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage multiple facilities.
• Willingness to step in and assist with janitorial duties as needed.

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and education. Bachelors is a plus but not a requirement. General range of pay is $20-$25 an hour! 40-50 hours per week!
