Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time College Campus Janitorial Supervisor! This is a working management role where you will oversee and support a team of 8-10 full-time staff members on a nightly basis. Our company prides itself on maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff, and we are looking for a committed individual with previous supervisory experience in the janitorial industry. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 full-time janitorial staff during the night shift (9:30pm-6am, Monday-Friday).
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide training and support to janitorial staff as needed.
• Coordinate with campus administration to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
• Prepare and submit reports on staff performance and facility conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in the janitorial industry is required.
• Ability to work all scheduled days and hours (9:30pm-6am, Monday-Friday).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
