Location：

Tradesk is based primarily in Short Hills, New Jersey. We value flexible in-person work and the communication and collaboration you get from being around your teammates.

Main responsibilities：

1. Drive customer growth through a combination of community building, user engagement and partnership development, with clear KPIs

2. Develop and execute a dynamic community strategy to foster engagement and growth.

3. Lead beta testing programs to generate customer insights and enhance customer experience.

4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to foster positive relationships, address inquiries, and communicate user feedback to internal teams.

5. Ideate and execute creative experiments with the goal of growing Tradesk’s community and user base. Construct rewarding, engaging systems for community retention.

6. Research, build, and manage relationships with influencers and financial media contacts.

7. Develop and manage an external team of community moderators, advocates, and other contractors.

8. Represent Tradesk externally with the promotion and execution of in-person and virtual events.

9. Assist in market research on key verticals, competitors, and products/emerging tech, with emphasis on new insights generation and evolving trends.

10. Assist the social and community team in the creation and publishing of engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms.

11. Collaborate across functions and provide business support to Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal.

Requirements：

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in community building, preferably in the fintech, crypto, or securities trading space

- Proven track record of growing and scaling online communities.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to transform business intelligence into relevant insights.

- Creativity, tenacity, and experience to drive effective communication with a global team.

- Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open ended questions.

- Genuine interest in fintech or securities trading

Salary range:

$50k-70k performance bonus

Offered salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
